Ingredients
Gin Bothy Original — 50 ml
Thyme Syrup — 25 ml
Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice — 25 ml
Dash of Celery Bitters
Sprig of Rosemary
Method
Add the ingredients to a Boston shaker with ice, shake well.
Sieve through a hawthorn strainer into an iced coupette glass.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary, set alight slightly to release the flavours.
